The stage is set for Sevilla and AS Roma to lock horns in the finals of the 2022/23 Europa League tonight at the Puskas Arena in Budapest.

The Spanish La Liga outfit has not been at their best this season in the domestic league but has proven to be a force to reckon with on the European stage.

Sevilla go into tonight’s clash on the back of a three-game winless streak which is a big concern to fans.

Despite the poor form in the domestic league, the team takes inspiration from the fact that it has a better head-to-head record against AS Roma.

The opponent from Italy is coached by the famous Jose Mourinho, the only manager to have won all three of Uefa’s European trophies.

The Serie A side go into tonight’s final having only lifted the Europa Conference League last season.

Motivated by their experienced manager, AS Roma look to beat Sevilla to lift the Europa League trophy today.

Ahead of kick-off at 19:00GMT, the starting elevens of both teams are out. Managers of both teams have paraded a strong first eleven, keen on ending up on the winning side at the end of the contest.

Although Sevilla are favourites after winning all six Europa League finals played in the past, AS Roma have proven to be a strong side since Mourinho joined the side and will give the Spanish side a tough encounter.
