Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano has identified Union St Gilloise striker Victor Boniface as one to watch this summer, following his impressive performances in Europe.
The Nigerian forward has been in fine form this season, scoring 10 goals and providing two assists in the European competition. His performances have not gone unnoticed, with several top clubs reportedly monitoring his progress.
In a tweet by Romano sighted on Twitter, it states, “Boniface is expected to make a move this summer, with a price tag of around €10/15 million. The 22-year-old is regarded as one of the most promising talents in European football, and his potential has caught the attention of several top clubs.”
Union St Gilloise will be reluctant to let their star striker leave, but they may find it difficult to hold onto him if a big-money offer comes in. Boniface has shown that he has the potential to play at the highest level, and he will be looking to make a name for himself in one of Europe's top leagues.
It remains to be seen which clubs will make a move for Boniface, but with his impressive form this season, he is sure to have plenty of suitors. Union St Gilloise will be hoping that they can keep hold of their star striker, but they will be bracing themselves for a big-money offer this summer.
