FA structure taking shape

Black Stars management team chairman, Fred Pappoe has been elected onto the new executive committee of the Ghana Football Association.

Fred Pappoe gets the chance to serve on the executive committee on the ticket of Division one club Mitdjiland FC.

He secured the mandate at the Division one league clubs elections on Thursday.

Three other elected members- George Afriyie of Swedru All Blacks, Fred Crenstil of St. Mirren and Kingsley Osei Bonsu- make up the four division one representatives for the committee.

Twenty members have so far been elected to executive committee from the premier league clubs, division one and the regional football associations.

A new FA president and a representative from the schools and colleges will complete the list of persons for the new 22-man executive committee of the Ghana Football Association.
