Cape Coast, Feb. 17, GNA - Mensah Kane House bagged 125 points to lift the championship trophy at the annual Inter House Athletic competition of the Cape Coast Ghana National College held on Friday. Afedu House came second with 120 points with Siwudu and Kwesi Plange Houses at the third position with 82 points each.
In the Girls division, Faustina Daniel House came first with 100 points followed by New House One at second position with 98 points with Elsie House at the third position with 96 points while E. Wardbrew House came fourth with 86 points.
Mr Robert Koomson Barnes, Headmaster of the College commended the athletes for exhibiting good sportsmanship and discipline during the competition and urged them to keep it up. The Headmaster asked the athletes to take their training seriously to win laurels for the school.
