A strike from Kenneth Taylor deflected off the legs of the 22-year-old to hand Ajax Amsterdam a 1-0 lead against the Italian Serie A club at the Johan Cruijff Arena.
However, a brace from Raspadori and with Di Lorenzo, Zielinski, Kvaratskhelia and Simeone all scoring handed Napoli a 6-1 win over the Dutch side.
