Spain-based Inaki Williams is one of 23 players that have already reported to the camp of the Black Stars for the two matches in the September international break.

The highly-rated forward is in camp after finishing the weekend as the top-rated Ghanaian player abroad.

On Saturday, the attacker was in action for Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish La Liga and scored to help his team to defeat Rayo Vallecano 3-2.

In a game where Inaki Williams was substituted in injury time of the second half, his top performance earned him a rating of 8.0.

The score is the highest by any other Ghanaian player abroad amongst the several players tracked by Modernghana Sports partner SofaScore for the period between September 16 and 18.

The next player in line is RSC Anderlecht midfielder Majeed Ashimeru. The fit-again midfielder put on a starring performance on Sunday to propel his team to hammer Kortrijk 4-1 in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.

Unfortunately, he is not part of the latest Black Stars squad assembled for the upcoming friendly matches this month.

In the latest edition of the top 10 highest-rated Ghanaian players abroad, Mohammed Kudus is the only other Black Stars player who earned a spot in the list put together by SofaScore.

The first game against Brazil is scheduled to be staged in France on Friday, September 23, 2022.

Training is already starting this evening as part of preparations for the two friendly matches.
