Cape Coast Mysterious Dwarfs combined abundant stamina with skills to force league leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko to a goalless drawn game in their match Robert Mensah Sports Stadium on Sunday.
After a scoreless first half in which both teams missed scoring chances, Kotoko resumed the second session strongly.
Their forwards made up of Nana Arhin Duah, Edmund Owusu Ansah, Nasiru Gani and George Yamoah, pin Dwarfs to their own half and made several efforts at scoring, but the strong defence men of Dwarfs spearheaded by veteran Michael Ofori worked overtime to contain them.
