The Black Princesses of Ghana have arrived in Costa Rica for the upcoming 2022 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

The team left the shores of Ghana last week for France to continue their preparation for the Mundial.

The Princesses suffered a 4-0 defeat against the France U-20 side at the Complexe Sportif a Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines.

Coach Ben Fokuo and his girls furthered on with a series of training sessions afterward without engaging in any other game again as they looked to improve immensely from their last game.

The Black Princesses left France last Monday and have finally landed in Costa Rica and are set to continue with preparations for the much-anticipated competition which is due to commence on August 10, 2022.

Ghana is in Group D together with Netherland, the United States of America, and defending champions Japan

They will take on three-time champions the USA in their opening game on Thursday, August 11, 2022.
