Thomas Partey returns to Arsenal training ground to continue pre-season after a week of speculation [VIDEO]

Ghana deputy captain, Thomas Partey has arrived at the training grounds Arsenal, Colney, after a week of absence.

Reports emerged last week that Partey was embroiled in an alleged rape scandal involving two women in the UK.

He subsequently missed out on their pre-season game against Nuremberg on Friday.

It later emerged that prosecutors could not adduce sufficient evidence against the Player and hence the charges were dropped.

Sources have said that the allegations were cooked by the footballer’s Moroccan girlfriend following some differences between the two.

With Partey’s arrival at his team’s training ground this morning, ns the 28-year-old can now focus on what he does best as the new English football season beckons.

He is expected to team up with the rest of his Arsenal teammates for their pre-season in the United States of America.
