Dansoman based Liberty Profesionals have secured the services of Michael 'Ember' Osei of Kumasi Asante Kotoko on a 3-year-contract.
The former captain of the Porcupine Warriors, who recently lost favour with the Kotoko management, was swapped together with Daniel 'Argentina' Yeboah for the services of Liberty's Osei Akoto.
Yeboah, the most consistent buy for the last two seasons for Kotoko was a former player of Liberty, but also lost favour after his contract run out with the Ashanti Warriors. He had occassional call-ups to the national team. He also played in the Kuwaiti league for a season.
Osei, who has had uncountable trials in europe was recruited to Kotoko from Dwarfs during the Hebert Mensah regime.
Both players will play in the 3rd week premiership game for Liberty.
Officials of Liberty are happy with the negotiations and are confident that the experience of the boys will help the Dansoman team in realising it's ultimate aim of winning the league this year.
