The Ghana Beach Volleyball Team has been eliminated from the FIVB championship in Italy.
Ghana team could not get the Visa to participate in the championship through the Ministry of Youth and Sports worked hard to provide them with the plane tickets Visa processing could not materialize on time.
The championship will start today 10th July and end on 19th July 2022.
The Ghana beach volleyball men's team are to play their first game against Poland today at the Men's world beach volleyball championship but they have not gotten their visa yet, meanwhile, the Ministry has bought their tickets for them already.
In another development, the female volleyball team who will represent Ghana at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham are also appealing for support.
The ladies are very good and have motivated themselves to reach the big stage, now they are calling on corporate Ghana for financial and logistics support.
