Substitute Joseph Tagoe on Sunday gave Accra Great Olympics their second successive win in the GT Premiership with two late strikes to humble Accra Hearts of Oak 3-2 in their clash at the nation's Wembley, the Accra Sports stadium.

The relegation threatened Olympics fared casually on the day with countless comedy of errors upfront but irrespective of the score line they lie second from the bottom of the Zone B's eight-team table with 11points from 11 games.

The Phobians preparing for their Sunday's crucial continental tie against CotonSport Garuoa of Cameroon were splendid in the first half where they dominated their city rivals with beautiful and great inter-positional play which saw them easily invading the Olympics last quarter on countless occasions.

It was Prince Tagoe who defied the disturbing signals of near misses to shoot Hearts ahead in the 15th minute against the run of play. The striker from a solo effort dribbled past two Olympics defenders with a set up from the middle before delivering past Olympics advancing goalkeeper Joseph Halm to set the near empty stadium agog.

Olympics back to batan, Paa Joe Kumah was unlucky to have missed narrowly from a header four minutes later when he benefited from an aerial scramble.

Hearts took charge of the game from then on and launched unbearable pressure on the visitors whose rear of Nana Eshun, Numo Mohammed, Gariba Umar and Kabu David did overtime to deny in-form Bernard Don Bortey, Louis Agyemang and Nyarko from increasing the tally.

The "Wonder Club" briefly enjoyed the better part of the game from recess but it was Hearts young goalkeeper Saanie Mohammed who scored full marks when he overstretched his elastic limit to pull Winfred Dormon's close rang cracker to safety on the 59th mark.

However, Dormon made amends 11 minutes later to pull his side even with a close range shot.

Goalkeeper Halm might have lived up to expectation to keep the visitors dream win alive when he cleverly dealt well with two crucial moments engineered by Bortey and Agyemang but had no answer two Tagoe's 79th minute second goal from a rebound.

At a time the Phobians seemed to be laughing all the way with the maximum points, the moment of magic fell to substitute Joe Tagoe who from nowhere struck twice on the on the 90th and 92nd minutes to win their hard fought day at the expense of their opponents who humiliated them 3-0 in the first round game played at the same venue.

For once both supporters and players of Hearts and Olympics hugged each other after the end of proceedings To signify a victory for Olympics who are relegation threatened.
