Accra, Feb 19, GNA - The Ghana Health Service (GHS) would as part of it's first year anniversary, organize a health walk program under the theme "Eat well, stay healthy, live longer" on Saturday 21st February.
A statement signed for Professor Agyeman Bedu Akosa, Director General of the GHS said the walk would start from the Independence Square in Accra early in the morning and continue through some principal streets of the city.
The statement encouraged all to participate in the walk for a better health.
It said the prescribed uniform for the walk would be the GHS T-shirt or any T-shirt with a health message adding that the whole public is invited as well. The Ghana Armed Forces Brass Band will be in attendance to provide music.
