The chairperson said two venues; the Accra Sports Stadium and the Legon Park will be used for the three-day event if Ghana is given the nod.

Madam Annan-Myers said, they will be ever ready to host it because available facilities at their disposal can match to the event if given the nod.

She said as part of their preparations for the tournament, the association will soon move to schools to establish rugby clubs there in order to train more youthful players to represent the nation.

According to her, the association has completed the first phase of the project by training coaches to mould talents in schools. She said they are going to use part of the donation of 15 million cedis given to the team by the Youth, Education and Sports Ministry to embark on talent hunt.
