Accra, Sept. 10, GNA - The National Sports Council (NSC) in conjunction with Coca Cola Company Limited will organize a day's congress for all Keep Fits Clubs in the country on Tuesday, September 16, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
A statement issued on Tuesday and signed by Mr Samuel Asante, Chairman of Mass Sports said, the congress under the theme: "a sound mind in a sound body a way forward for good health", is aimed at re-organizing Keep Fits Clubs in the country through the regional and the zonal system for proper management and efficiency.
It said a lot of Keep Fits Clubs are springing up in the country "but are not adhering to lay down rules and regulations hence the need for such a congress".
Four hundred delegates from 200 clubs are expected to participate in the congress.
