Nestle Gives To SWAG

Nestle Ghana Limited has presented a cheque of ¢15million to the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) towards the latter’s 20th Awards ceremony next month.

The Marketing Manager of Nestle, Mr. Colin Taylor made the donation yesterday to the President of SWAG, Mr. Ebo Quansah.

Among those to be honoured at the ceremony are, Margaret Simpson as the sportswoman of and Athlete of the year, Charles Taylor as Sportsman of the year, Team of the year goes to the Women’s national football team, the Black Queens.

Seventy-two year old, King Tony Akwetey would be honoured for his dedication and sustained interest in the annual Milo Marathon.
