The Ghana Cycling Association (GCA) has released a preliminary list of 14 cyclists for the first stage of training programme at Koforidua at a date yet to be announced as the team step up preparation towards this year's All Africa Games in Abuja, Nigeria.
Mr Francis Kpesenu, Secretary General of the association told the GNA Sports that the short-listed are not automatic choices adding that the number would be pruned down before the games in October.
The cyclists are John Zormelo, Henry Djangbah, Kofi Newton, Randolph Mensah, William Afful, Tetteh Francis and Seth Asare.
The rest are Wayo Emmanuel, Amin Osumanu, Joseph Annan, Martey Hammond, Ayitey Akoto, Richard Mawuko and Adnan Mohammed.
