The Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture has extended a message of goodwill to the Black Stars ahead of the crucial encounter against the Bafana Bafana later today.
Ghana must overcome South Africa with a win this evening to top Group G in order to progress to the final stage of the African qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
With the stakes that high, the Ministry of Sports on behalf of the government has wished the Black tars well ahead of today’s showdown.
“On behalf of government and the good people of Ghana, the Ministry of Youth and Sports wishes the Senior National team, the Black stars well in their last group match against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the FIFA 2022 World cup qualifiers,” a statement on the Twitter page of the Sports Minister has said.
The Group G decider between Ghana and South Africa is scheduled to be played at the Cape Coast Stadium and will kick off at 19:00GMT.
