Caf CL: Wydad AC arrive in Ghana for Hearts of Oak showdown

Moroccan powerhouse, Wydad Athletic Club have landed in Ghana to battle Hearts of Oak in the CAF Champions League preliminary games.

A contingent comprising of players and officials touched down at Kotoka International Airport in Accra via a chartered flight.

WAC will face the Phobians without their coach Walid Regragui after he tested positive for coronavirus.

Also, players Reda Jaadi, Soufiane Karkach and Benyachou Salaheddine did not travel with the squad due to injury.

Hearts of Oak after completing their training sessions are ready to repeat the Kamsar performance against WAC.

Wydad Athletic Club will train at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday evening.
