Andre Ayew express appreciation to Ghanaians for support in 2022 World Cup qualifiers

Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew has extended appreciation to Ghanaians for the support during the last round of fixtures in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Ghana in the October international break resumed the qualifiers for next year’s global showpiece with a doubleheader encounter against Zimbabwe.

In what was a Group G clash, the Black Stars won 3-1 at home where Andre Ayew scored before recording a narrow 1-0 win against the Brave Warriors in Harare during the reverse fixture.

With the international break over, Andre Ayew has shared his joy to the two wins and says the Black Stars will keep going in the qualifiers as the team push to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

“2/2 still in the race..we will keep going! Thanks for your support and prayers,” the Ghana captain said in a post on his Twitter page.

In the next international break, Ghana will take on Ethiopia and South Africa in the final Group G games of the qualifiers.
