Ghana Premier League side, Asante Kotoko will offload eight players ahead of the 2021/22 Ghana football season.

The Porcupine Warriors have started pre-season under new manager, Prosper Narteh Ogum.

Felix Annan and centre-back Wahab Adams have both left the club with multiple reports suggesting that more players will leave before the season start.

Kotoko after a trophyless season last campaign are looking to establish a formidable side this time in order to compete for both the Premier League and the FA Cup trophy next season.

Asante Kotoko have announced signed Richmond Lamptey, Samuel Appiah, Augustine Agyapong, Isaac Oppong, Richard Boadu among other players.

The 2021/22football season has been scheduled to kick off in October.
