Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko have announced that they have completed the signing of lethal striker Samuel Boateng.
The Porcupine Warriors club suffered last season after losing main marksman Kwame Poku.
Now keen on having a prolific striker for the 2021/2022 football season, Asante Kotoko have secured the services of Samuel Boateng from Future Stars.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we are delighted to confirm the signing of sensational young forward, Samuel Boateng, on a three-year deal from Future Stars,” an official club statement from Asante Kotoko said on Thursday.
At Future Stars, Samuel Boateng last season scored 18 goals after making just 15 appearances in the National Division Two League.
He is a known goal poacher and will have a key role to play for Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League next season under new head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.
