Highly-rated midfielder, Gladson Awako has informed key officials of Great Olympics that he wants to leave his new club Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Ghanaian attacker joined the Phobians this summer at the end of a fruitful campaign in the Ghana Premier League last season where he finished as one of the best players.

After training with Hearts of Oak for weeks, reports gathered indicate that he wants to leave the club.

This is because he has since joining the Phobians been haunted in his dreams and believes he could die if he stays at the club.

Today, information gathered from Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM is that Gladson Awako has already had conversations with Great Olympics head coach Annor Walker of his readiness to re-join the club.

He has apparently also spoken to the board chairman of his former club, H.E Amarkai Amarteifio of his desire to return to Great Olympics for the next football season.

Despite the admission to the two officials of the club, it is understood that Great Olympics are unwilling to make moves to re-sign Gladson Awako and are even waiting to cash in on the second trench of his transfer fee from Hearts of Oak next month.
