Ghana is to host a two-day four-nation athletics competition in Kumasi on Friday, May 25 and Saturday May 26.
The other countries are Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal. Mr S. S. Atuahene, Head coach of the Ghana Amateur Athletics Association told the GNA Sports in Accra on Monday, that the competition is to access the strength and weaknesses of the Ghanaian athletes.
He said the association would organise trials in Accra and Kumasi, to select 40 athletes for camping to prepare them for the competition.
