Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli to partner Asante Kotoko to complete Adako Jachie Project - Reports

Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko are set to land a new partnership with Saudi Arabian side, Al Ahli.

According to a report filed by Kumasi based Otec FM, Ahli will help the Porcupine Warriors to complete the Adako Jachie.

The Asian club have written to the Kotoko to complete the agreement towards the development of the which is still on course.

The Adako Jachie Project is in it second stage with some training pitches, changing rooms and others completed and will get into the final stage very soon to finish off with the entire project.

According to the report, the Chief Executive Officer Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponah has received the letter from the Asian giants and will like to hold a sitting in the coming weeks to deliberate on the issue and will quickly offer their approval if only it will be beneficial to the club.

Meanwhile, the first phase of the project will be due in three weeks as revealed by Nana Yaw Amponsah in an interview last week.

“God willing in the next three weeks the Adako Jachie project will be completed,” the Asante Kotoko CEO said in an interview on Asempa FM.

“My vision is to see the right structures at Kotoko and also make the club economically viable. I want Kotoko to be the economic fulcrum to drive the development of the Ashanti Region.” – Nana Yaw Amponsah further added.
