Spanish club, Real Betis Féminas have announced that they have completed the signing of Black Queens midfielder Grace Asantewaa.

The club that competes in the Spanish Primera División has secured the services of the Ghana women’s football star to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2021/2022 football season.

“Real Betis Féminas and the player Grace Asantewaa have reached an agreement for the incorporation of the midfielder, who thus becomes the first signing of the Verdiblanco team for the 2021/22 financial year.

“The footballer born in Ghana (12/05/2000) arrives from EDF Logroño and signs for two seasons,” the Spanish club announced on Thursday morning.

Before earning her first move abroad, Grace Asantewaa played for Ghana Women’s Premier League outfit Ampem Darkoa Ladies.

She is a midfield powerhouse and will be a key player for Real Betis Féminas next season.
