The head coach for Great Olympics, Annor Walker has indicated that he has confidence his team will beat Asante Kotoko on Friday when the two clubs lock horns in the Ghana Premier League.

The Accra landlords after slipping in the last matchday following a 2-0 defeat to Legon Cities FC are set to return to action this weekend to battle for three points on matchday 20 of the ongoing league campaign.

In what will be a tough contest, the Porcupine Warriors come into the match with good form under new head coach Mariano Barreto.

Speaking to Kumasi FM, Coach Annor Walker has afforded a professional courtesy to his opposite number but says there is no fear as he prepares to take on the Portuguese gaffer and his Asante Kotoko side.

“No, there’s no fear at all in me, I’m only waiting for Friday to come so that we can honour the game.

“Yes, Barreto has added something new to the Kotoko team but I have so much confidence in my players that we will beat them and achieve our target,” Coach Annor Walker noted.

The big game will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium and is scheduled to kick-off at 15:00GMT.
