At the end of today’s Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) elections, Kudjoe Fianoo has emerged victorious and will work as the chairman of the association for the next four years.

In the last four years, the experienced football administrator has been pushing the agenda of clubs in the country having been elected to the position at the previous elections.

Going on to stand for the position in today’s election, Mr. Kudjoe Fianoo faced tough competition from Aduana Stars administrator Isaac Koomson.

At the end of what many predicted to be a close contest, Kudjoe Fianoo has carried the day having pulled 71 votes of the total vote cast against the 42 amassed by his opponent.

The re-elected GHALCA chairman now braces himself for a second term where he will work with a newly elected vice-chairman John Ansah.

The pair in the top positions will work alongside Liberty Professionals CEO Linda Ansong who at the end of the elections has also been elected as the Treasurer for the association.
