Dreams FC has earned a crucial point on the road today after drawing 1-1 with Bechem United on matchday nine of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.

The team despite boasting of some top players still can’t find their rhythm as they continue to struggle for wins.

Today, the team from Dawu played as a guest to Bechem United hoping to amass the maximum points to improve their position on the standings of the division.

As a result of a slow start to the match, the visitors trailed after just 10 minutes of play when they conceded a penalty kick.

Bechem United poster boy Moro Salifu stepped up to the responsivity and scored to give his team the lead.

With the resolute performance from Dreams FC that ensued from there on, the team finally got the breakthrough in the 73rd minute.

A penalty kick awarded to the side was converted by Ibrahim Issah to ensure the match ended in a 1-1 stalemate at the end of the 90 minutes.

With today’s result, Dreams FC sits 14th on the Ghana Premier League standings, just two places away from the relegation zone.
