Ghana international Richmond Boakye Yiadom has officially parted ways with Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade.

The Black Stars asset joined the Serbian top-flight club in 2016 in a deal that saw him moving from Italian lower-tier outfit Latina Calcio.

Having excelled for Red Star Belgrade in the last four years, Richmond Boakye Yiadom is now moving on to a new challenge.

In a post on the Instagram page of the player on Wednesday, He has expressed his gratitude to Red Star Belgrade in what has confirmed his exit from the team.

“I greet everyone who support and love Red Star Belgrade ...it’s your player and brate Bocko who takes this time to thank everyone in the country of Serbia and Red Star Belgrade for all the care and love and support u have given me all these years even in times of injuries ....I love you all dearly and I hope that the God who brought me to you ...will take both country and Club higher and higher ....Thanks to everyone .....BOCKO. God bless Ghana. God bless Serbia,” Richmond Boakye Yiadom posted on his Instagram page today.

Subsequently, Red Star Belgrade has taken to their Twitter page to wish the Ghana forward well in his future endeavours.

At the Serbian club, Richmond Boakye Yiadom scored 60 goals and provided 15 assists after making 104 appearances.
