Ghana Premier League: Asamoah Gyan To Make Legon Cities Debut Against Medeama Tonight

Striker Asamoah Gyan is set to make his debut for Legon Cities tonight against Medeama SC.

The Royals will host Medeama in the matchday 3 game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Gyan, who joined the on local transfer deadline day has been training to gain full fitness.

The hierarchy of the club were compelled to sack Goran Barjaktarevic, who was the head coach of the side due to poor performance.

The Bosnian failed to make an impact despite spending big during the transfer window.

Barjaktarevic has been replaced by Coach Bashir Hayford.

The former Ghana Premier League champions with Kotoko and Ashanti Gold will be on the technical bench when Legon Cities take on Medeama SC.

Asamoah Gyan is expected to revive the attacking line of the Royals, who are yet to score from an open play this season.
