GFA To Address Kotoko’s Grievances At Club CEO’s Meeting Next Week

Football News GFA To Address Kotokos Grievances At Club CEOs Meeting Next Week
NOV 19, 2020 LISTEN

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has in a letter to Asante Kotoko assured the club that all their grievances will be addressed next week when various Chief Executive Officers (CEO) of Premier League Clubs meet.

The Porcupine Warriors club earlier today took the stand to face the country’s football governing body head-on after they were stopped from filming their match against Techiman Eleven Wonders last Sunday.

According to Asante Kotoko, the GFA’s refusal to allow clubs to film their Premier League matches is arbitrary and against the provisions of the ‘Ghana Premier League Regulations (2019)’.

This evening, the Ghana FA in a letter to the Kumasi-based club has noted that all issues raised will be discussed on Monday.

“It is with greatest humility that the Ghana Football Association (GFA) write to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated today, November 19, 2020.

“The subject matter of your letter is part of key issues to be discussed at the Meeting scheduled by the GFA with all the Chief Executive officers of the Premier League clubs on Monday, November 23, 2020, at 2pm,” the letter from the GFA to Kotoko reads.
