Six players have joined the camp of the Black Stars ahead of the 2021 African Cup of Nations [Afcon] qualifiers against Sudan.

10 players started camping on Monday and trained at the La McDan Park.

The list of players include Captain Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Emmanuel Lomotey and Afriyie Acquah.

The rest are John Antwi, Razak Abalora, Tariq Fosu, Kwadwo Amoako, Samuel Owusu and Nicholas Opoku.

However, John Boye, Caleb Ekuban, Baba Rahman, Alexander Djiku, Christopher Nettey and Lawrence Ati-Zigi have all joined the Black Stars camp taking the total number of players to 16.

Coach Charles "CK" Akonnor will supervise his second training session with the group at the La McDan Park on Tuesday.

The Black Stars, who sit top of Group C, will host Sudan in Ghana for the first leg before the second leg is played five days later in Omdurman.

Meanwhile, players of the Black Stars will undergo the mandatory COVID-19 test on Tuesday ahead of the game on Thursday.

The technical team and management of the senior national team will all be tested as part of protocols to be observed before the matchday three encounter.
