Football News PICTURES: Ghana Completes First Training Session Ahead Of Sudan Meeting

The Black Stars of Ghana have this evening completed a first training session in Accra ahead of the crucial Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match against Sudan on Thursday.

The West African country sits top of Group C after defeating South Africa, as well as Sao Tome and Principe in the first two matches.

With the AFCON qualifiers set to resume in this international break, Ghana is scheduled to face off with Sudan in a double-header encounter.

Today, 10 Black Stars players reported to camp and trained at the McDan La town park this evening to commence preparation for the two games.

The list of players present includes Captain Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Emmanuel Lomotey, and Afriyie Acquah.

The others are John Antwi, Razak Abalora, Tariq Fosu, Kwadwo Amoako, Samuel Owusu, and Nicholas Opoku.

Ghana will take on Sudan at the Cape Coast stadium on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
