FC Metz defender, John Boye has been recalled to the Ghana national team after being left out in the last international break.
Earlier this year when the Black Stars played against the Eagles of Mali and the Maroons of Qatar in the international break, the defender played no part and had to watch from his home in France.
After continuing his outstanding form for FC Metz in the French Ligue 1, John Boye has been given an invited to the Ghana national team ahead of the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying matches in November.
Ghana will on Thursday, November 12, 2020 take on the North Africans in the first of a double-header tie at the Cape Coast stadium, before traveling to Khartoum, five days later for the reverse fixture.
In the crucial games, the experienced John Boye will be key for the Black Stars in defense to help the team in its quest to amass all 6 points to stay top of the Group C standings of the qualifiers.
