Football News Inter Allies FC First Team Players Undergo Mandatory Covid-19 Test

The first team players of Inter Allies Football Club on Tuesday, October 27, were tested for the Coronavirus disease in line with requirements from the GFA and the Ministry of Health ahead of the start of the new season.

In the last few weeks, the various clubs in the Ghana Premier League and the Division One League have been busy preparing for the new season which has been scheduled to kick off next month.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, all clubs are to ensure their players and officials are tested for the deadly disease and given the clearance before they can compete.

Yesterday, the Inter Allies FC first team had their testing under the supervision of the Ghana FA and the Government of Ghana.

In all, a total of 45 persons including players, technical staff, and essential staff were tested.

The results are expected to be available in the next couple of days before the next line of action will be taken.

The 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League will commence on the weekend of November 13-15 with Inter Allies billed to take on Dreams FC on the opening weekend.
