Young goalkeeper, Danlad Ibrahim has handed in a loan request to the officials of Asante Kotoko as he pushed for a move that will afford him regular playing time in the upcoming football season.
The former Ghana -17 goalkeeper is one of 4 top goalkeepers at the Kumasi-based club as they continue preparations for the 2020/2021 football season.
Competing with the likes of Felix Annan, Razak Abalora, and Kwame Baah, it looks unlikely for Danlad Ibrahim to be selected as the first choice by manager Maxwell Konadu.
Not ready to warm the bench of Asante Kotoko all season, the 17-year old shot-stopper has according to Oyerepa FM handed in a loan request to the officials of the club.
Last season, Danlad Ibrahim spent the campaign on loan at Berekum Chelsea. At the club, he excelled and established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the Ghana Premier League.
According to reports, he could head to Berekum Chelsea for the 2020/2021 football season as well.
