Hellas Verona midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has described as sad the demise of Berekum Arsenal owner, Alhaji Yakubu Moro.
The well-known and outspoken football administrator passed away on Thursday night at the Ridge Regional Hospital in Accra after battling an illness for a while.
Speaking to Hot FM on the passing of Alhaji Yakubu Moro, ex-Berekum Arsenal midfielder Agyemang Badu has indicated that he is disturbed.
“I am very saddened by the death of Alhaji Moro, He has really been of immense help to my career, am just perturbed and don't know what to say”, the Italy-based midfielder said.
He continued, “I have even printed some Jersey for them which they will be using for this season, am ready sad this morning”.
In a related development, former Ghana FA vice president George Afriyie and a number of football club owners have extended their condolence to the family of Alhaji Yakubu Moro.
