Mr George Kennedy, a former Asante Kotoko Operation Manager has implored the management to welcome the input of the supporters.
A new eight management team has been named led by Nana Yaw Amponsah. The new management has been awarded a three-year deal.
With no representative of the circle on the management, Mr Kennedy has urged the Nana Yaw Amponsah led management to consider the input of the fans if he will succeed.
“All stakeholders matter in Kotoko affairs and the management must listen to the fans.
“The management is just about eight people but the fanbase is large even outside Ghana.
“This time we didn’t have the Kotoko Circles member on the board.
“So the management must room to listen to the supporters because their input is very important.
“The fans might not hear everything from management so communication with them (fans) must be effective.
“Effective communication will not breed trouble between management and the fans,” Kennedy told Akoma FM.
Kotoko will represent Ghana in the 2020/21 Caf Champions League.
