The Communications Director of Asante Kotoko, Moses Antwi Benefo has revealed that the club is expecting the arrival of a striker from Uganda before the next season commences.

In the upcoming 2020/2021 football season, the Porcupine Warriors will play in the Ghana Premier League, the MTN FA Cup, as well as the CAF Champions League.

In a bid to ensure the team is able to compete very well, Kotoko is busy recruiting top players to provide the needed squad boost.

Speaking to Oyerepa FM today, club communications director Moses Antwi Benefo has disclosed that a new striker from Uganda will be singed for the upcoming season.

“We are expecting the arrival of a Ugandan striker for our next season's campaign”, he shared.

Moses Antwi Benefo added, “We are also expecting the arrival of all the locally-based players to complete their move tomorrow [Friday]”.

Meanwhile, Kotoko has in the last 24 hours completed the signings of midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh and defender Yusif Mubarik.
