Commercial Manager of Asante Kotoko, Eric Amoako Twum has revealed that the club will soon sign a partnership deal with StarTimes to stream their games for those outside Ghana.

Mr Amoako Twum says streaming Kotoko matches for the supporters in the diaspora is an objective for the club and will also be a source of revenue for the club.

"Streaming live games in this era are very important and possible because of technology," Amoako Twum told Kumasi based Otec FM.

It's our plan to sign an agreement with StarTimes to give an opportunity for those outside Ghana to watch our matches on their phones.

"That is also an avenue to generate some revenue for the team and the partners, but we will first engage the GFA for a possible approval following the current arrangement between them," he added.

The new Asante Kotoko eight-member management team has been tasked to run the club as a commercial entity and restore the pride of the club.

The management was unveiled on Tuesday at the Sports Hotel in Kumasi.

StarTimes is the official broadcaster of the Ghana Premier League.
