Danish outfit, Esbjerg fB has announced the signing of Ghanaian defender Clinton Antwi on a season-long loan deal from FC Nordsjaelland.
The club suffered relegation from the Danish Superliga at the end of the 2019/2020 football season.
In a bid to present a strong team in order to instantly secure promotion to the top-flight league at the end of the 2020/2021 campaign, the club has decided to recruit top players.
Following successful negotiations with FC Nordsjaelland, Esbjerg fB has today completed the loan signing of left-back Clinton Antwi.
“Esbjerg fB strengthens the team with left-back Clinton Antwi, who has been hired until this summer in FC Nordsjælland. The 20-year-old Ghanaian joins immediately”, the club has said today in a communique on its website.
Last season, the Ghanaian full-back made 16 appearances in the Danish Superliga for FC Nordsjaelland and managed to provide 1 assist.
