PHOTOS: First Phase Of Hearts Of Oak’s Pobiman Academy Project Nears Completion

Local Construction firm, K.A Estate Company Limited is close to completing the first phase of works on Hearts of Oak’s Pobiman Academy Project.

The local contractors started the project in July and have since been working on-site every week.

As reported by Modernghana Sports at the time the project was being started, K.A Estate Company Limited is to work on the project for 3 months.

Set to exhaust the 3-month period next month, the local contractors have this week commenced concrete works on the site.

Once the first phase is completed, Turkish firm Prefabex Yapi Teknolojiller San Ve Tic Limited will take over for the final works.

The Pobiman Academy Project when completed will have a staff residence, senior housing unit, gym, training centers, laundry, swimming pool, lockers, toilet facilities, kitchen, as well as a dining hall.
