Former Hearts of Oak striker, Selasie Bakai has joined Zambian club Kabwe Warriors FC.
The young forward penned a two year deal with the Kabwe-based club after a fruitful negotiation.
Kabwe Warriors is pleased to announce the signing of Ghanaian striker Bless Selasie Bakai on a two-year contract.
Kabwe Warriors Chairman Hayden Dingwall says the club is excited with the acquisition of the young Ghanaian attacker.
“We are happy with our new signing Bless. We are also glad our team is relatively intact from last year. So we are basically signing to strengthen the team,” Mr Dingwall said.
“I am sure we will perform much better this coming season. We performed well last season, but unfortunately, the Covid-19 stopped the League but I am sure we could have finished in a much higher place."
Selasie was a member of the Ghana National U-20, Black Satellite in 2018 after coming through the ranks of Ghana Premier League side, Hearts of Oak.
Bakai was released by Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2019/20 season.
