Ghana forward, Mohammed Kudus was in dazzling form on Sunday afternoon while in action for Ajax Amsterdam in the team’s 2-2 draw against FC Union Berlin.

The Dutch Eredivisie outfit is gearing up for the start of the 2020/2021 football season next month and has been engaging in several pre-season friendly matches in the past month.

At the Johan Cruijff Arena today, Ajax locked horns with German Bundesliga side FC Union Berlin for another warm-up game.

Ghana teenager Mohammed Kudus started the game for the home team and displayed an excellent form to help his team draw 2-2 at the end of the 90 minutes of the exercise.

First, defensive midfielder Carel Eiting found the back of the Union Berlin net on the 27th minute to give Ajax the lead before going into the break.

In the second half, 2 early goals from Marcus Ingvartsen and Marius Bülter on the 48th and 57th minute respectively handed the Germans the lead, leaving Ajax to trail.

Fortunately, the Eredivisie club had the gas to go the extra mile and managed to draw level through an equalizer from Jurgen Ekkelenkamp on the 69th minute.

On the Matchday, Mohammed Kudus last 63 minutes of play before his place was taken by Max de Waal.

The summer signing has been impressive for Ajax in pre-season and will hope to feature on the opening weekend of the Eredivisie when his team takes on Sparta Rotterdam on September 13.
