Ghanaian forward, Dennis Tetteh registered his name on the scoresheet this afternoon to help his Slavia Mozyr outfit to draw 1-1 against Vitebsk in the Belarusian top-flight league.
In a Matchday 22 fixture of the ongoing Vysshaya League played at the Yunost Stadium, the former Ghana youth striker earned a starting role for his team as they chased the maximum 3 points.
After a slow start to the game, however, Vitebsk took the lead courtesy a strike from Sergey Volkov on the 11th minute.
Fortunately, Slavia Mozyr displayed the right attitude after going down and managed to draw level through Dennis Tetteh a little after the half-hour mark.
Though both teams came in all guns blazing in the second half, neither could score the vital second goal to merit all the 3 points.
Dennis Tetteh, 23, lasted the entire duration of today’s game with his goal earning his team a point.
His compatriot Francis Narh came on in the second half to replace Nikita Melnikov and went on to enjoy a good game.
