Ghanaian winger Bernard Tekpetey displayed an impressive form for Ludogorets Razgrad this evening to help the Bulgarian giants to post a 3-1 win over Montenegro outfit Buducnost Podgorica.

The attacker after recently joined the club on a 2-year loan from Schalke 04 has gradually established himself as a starter in the team.

In a crucial Uefa Champions League Group Stage qualifier today, Bernard Tekpetey was part of a Ludogorets starting eleven that dominated Buducnost Podgorica at the Stadion Pod Goricom.

A good start to the game saw Higinio Marin finding the back of the net to give the Bulgarian side the lead on the 12th minute before Mavis Tchibota added a second on the 25th minute.

Later on, Igor Cukovic scored to reduce the deficit for Buducnost Podgorica to give them hope of turning the tide in their favour in the second half.

Unfortunately, they did not have the quality after the break with Ludogorets going on to emerge as 3-1 victors at the end of the 90 minutes. Jorginho who replaced Bernard Tekpetey on the 85th minute assisted Cauly Oliveira Souza for the winners' 3rd goal of the game in added time.

Tekpetey provided a massive attacking threat on the matchday and marches on with his teammates to the final playoff round to the next edition of the Uefa Champions League.
