The Ghana Football Association has put Sellas Tetteh in charge of the team for the upcoming international friendly against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Sellas Tetteh who was assistant to Ratomir Dujkovic has been put in temporary charge as the FA intensifies the search for a replacement for the departed Dujkovic, according to the FA's website.
The game will be the first test for the team after bowing out of the world cup to Brazil in the last sixteen stage.
The FA took the decision at a meeting of the executive committee over the past couple of days.
The vice president of the Ghana Football Association says
“We have confidence in Mr Tetteh and his colleagues to actually perform and deliver atleast for the match against Nigeria and we believe that not long after that we might have come to a conclusion on getting a successor to Mr Dujkovic,” Fred Pappoe said.
