The Minister of Local Government, Rural Development and Environment, Mr Stephen Asamoah Boateng, has addressed an Urban Council forum at Bawjiase in the Central Region.
The programme formed part of a three-day working visit to the Awutu -Effutu-Senya and the Agona district.
The minister also interacted with qeenmothers at Bawjiase.
At the forum, the participants raised a number of problems facing the township. These include electrification, sanitation and good drinking water.
The minister gave the assurance that their problems would be addressed in due course.
