There's a simmering coaching crises at Accra Hearts of Oak following the team's loss over the weekend.

The management of Accra Hearts of Oak met yesterday to discuss fallouts from the team's opening day loss at home to Enyimba in the CAF Champions league.

Hearts' 2-0 loss has sparked speculation over the future of Oti Akenteng as the head coach of the club.

Oti Akenteng is believed to be averse to the club's decision to have Jones Attuquayefio join the team during the continental games.

Speaking to Joy Sports, a management member of Hearts, Frank Nelson told Joy Sports the management only intends to make decisions in the best interest of the club.

"What we did yesterday was to look at Accra Hearts of Oak in totality. What lead to our failure on Sunday.

"We have decided to form committees to look into what was the main cause with the team.

"We want to look at the health of our players, we want to look at what happened to our players and we want to look at who fielded this players (injured players)," Nelson said.
